Northern Touch Window Cleaning and Property Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage payroll and coordinate with external accounting teams as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Support management with various projects and tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
