Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager /Office Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Manager/Office Administrator you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties
- Answering all incoming calls/electronic communication in a positive and professional manner.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Oversee technician and customer scheduling and time management
- Scheduling customers using appointment booking software
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Responsible for general office duties
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
- Manage clerical tasks including scheduling, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability in supervising teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Experience in team management, providing guidance, support, and motivation to staff.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software for managing customer accounts
- Knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas a plus
- Ability to perform clerical duties accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
