*Overview*
This is a 7 months contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Vice President., the Ops Adminstration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
The Position
This is a 7 months contract during a Mat leave of absence. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Vice President. The Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
· Providing clerical and administrative support to the Operations Department.
· Ensuring the Division is achieving results established by the Divisional Manager
· Responding to correspondence, complaints, inquiries and requests from other branches and departments
· Analyzing and distributing various statistical information
· Setting-up and monitoring the Noble dialer system daily
· Contributing towards Performance Evaluations and training new & existing employees
· Responding to correspondence, complaints, inquiries and requests from other branches and departments
· Manage confidential information.
· Complete other duties as assigned.
· You are prompt, reliable and articulate.
· You are highly organized and possess good time management skills.
· You are a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
· You have intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) programs and above average typing skills.
· You possess strong multi-tasking skills.
· You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
· You learn quickly, are exceptionally self-directed, able to meet tight deadlines and excel under pressure.
· Previous administration experience is essential but not necessarily in a 3rd party collection environment.
