Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable mortgage office assistant . The assistant will be responsible for general administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff have the support required to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator will include data entry and supporting a growing Mortgage and Insurance broker with day-to-day activities.
They will ensure the smooth running of our company and its offices while contributing in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Support finance, mortgage and Investment administration
- Record transactions, perform data entry and processing into company system
- Pull regular reports for leadership review
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, appraisal companies ,accountants and Real Estate professionals.
- Track and collect monthly expenses incurred by agents
- Making sure files are organized and managed in the appropriate online folders and compliance process administrated
- Assist with planning events
- order appraisals, coordinate with clients and assist in completing and organizing mortgage applications .
Requirements and Qualifications
√ Proven experience in administration or relevant role
√ Knowledge of the mortgage industry and insurance industry required
√ Strong attention to detail
√ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
√ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
√ Knowledge of Excel and Google Drive an asset
√ Diploma/Degree in administration, Business , finance is preferred and mortgage agent license a asset.
√ Demonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and

√ mortgage application processing experience on filogix, finmo, mortgage automator, Scarlett required
