Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software.
Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Process payroll accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support corporate finance initiatives.
- Utilize accounting software, including PeopleSoft, for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Provide support for financial services as needed.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and techniques.
