Local North Bay company looking for a highly organized, energetic professional to join our team!
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Manual bookkeeping, will manage general accounting, payroll, financial reporting, project costing, HST, co-ordinate annual working papers with our external accountant.
Duties of this position include but not limited to:
· Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, fulfilling the role of Senior Bookkeeper;
· Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letter, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database, and/or presentation software
· Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation
· Compile and prepare reports on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Strong Organizational skill and attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Ability to operate independently with minimum information
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
· Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
