We are looking for teammates at our West Vancouver location!
Duties
- Monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients (Primarily QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online and Sage 50)
- Tracking and submission of monthly client government remittances (GST/PST/Payroll/WCB)
- Assisting staff accountants with various reports spreadsheets
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing cheques / deposits as needed
- Corresponding with clients about their bookkeeping
We are looking for an independent worker who is able to handle a high volume workload, prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines! The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, people person
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated; can take initiatives
- Ideally you are from the North Shore but we would consider a slightly further local commute for the right candidate
Expected start date: 2025-01-01, but we can consider an earlier date for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
