Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with financial controller to maintain and administer corporate forecast and budgeting processes
- Monitoring results versus budget/forecast and provide thorough analysis and investigation into the variances
- Involvement with preparation of monthly consolidated financial results and journal entries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for group management review
- Capital spending analysis and reporting
- Understanding inventory needs, challenges, and opportunities, working with supply chain and operation teams to improve processes
- Create and manage monthly and weekly inventory reports
- Assessment of control and financial reporting deficiencies, assistance with development of corrective actions
- Coordinate and prepare annual information for external auditors
- Other Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Are currently pursuing or have obtained an accounting designation
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system would be an asset
- Ability to travel to site locations upon request
