Position Overview:
The Finance Manager is responsible to manage the group’s financial accounting monitoring and reporting system to ensure the compliance. The Finance Manage is in charge of the financial report producing. The Finance Manager will assist CFO to prepare the budget, forecast, cashflow projection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the finance team
- Manage the group's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly management report.
- Participate in annual budget, periodical forecast preparing.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budget.
- Participate in cashflow planning and projection preparation.
- Work with external accountant for annual report review/audit and corporate income tax filings, ensure the timely completion.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, experience in a management or leadership role.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance.
- CPA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, data base and PowerPoint skill.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with business partners.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time year-round employment.
- Some evening and weekend work required during peak season, emergencies, and special projects.
- Stationary work station and mobile work station needs provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
