Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Administrator will play a key role in our administration team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable transactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process and verify digital field tickets and invoices for submission.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients, following up on outstanding payments as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of receivables and generate related reports.
- Support with ticket and invoice approvals as well as any AR-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma (post-secondary education in accounting or finance is an advantage).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general office administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital invoicing systems.
- This is an in-office position; candidates must be able to work on-site at our Grande Prairie office.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
