This position is to provide administrative support to a busy Real Estate Broker. You would be responsible for administration, marketing, social media, as well as, but not limited to other, duties as described herein.
The Broker is a very busy top producer and has been in business for over 25 Years. The Broker was awarded the Titan award for two consecutive years (2018-2019), the prestigious Diamond Club Award in 2020 and the Circle of Legends Awards in 2021. He has been the number one agent in the C06 area since 2012 and number one within his branch with RE/MAX Realtron for many consecutive years.
Location: North York – Yonge & Sheppard
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Flexible hours (some evenings and weekends required)
Wage Range: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Minimum 2 years of previous Real Estate experience is required and wage will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating schedules and keeping office organized
- Preparing listing documents and offers using WebForms/TransactionDesk
- Uploading and updating listings on MLS
- Booking appointments and tracking confirmations – following up where required
- Expense tracking
- Assisting with the preparation of comparative market analysis (CMA’s) reports
- Creating flyers and other marketing materials, sending marketing emails
- Managing and updating social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram, etc.)
- Co-ordinating listing property set-up/preparation, such as booking /coordinating /scheduling photographers and other third parties
- Co-ordinating or installing/ removing signs and lockboxes (if necessary)
- Managing client database
- Buyer Visits
- Managing client relationship tasks such as following up and ensuring all required documents are collected and completed correctly
- Following up and responding to emails
Qualifications:
- Real Estate experience is required
- Marketing experience is an asset
- Experience with Webforms is required (preparing offers, uploading listings)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is required
- Must be proficient in English, verbal and written
- Courteous, positive and service-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Adobe
- Proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and technologies
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Works very well under pressure
- Works well independently and within a team setting
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
