Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct account reconciliation, including bank reconciliation and budget tracking.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in budgeting activities.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support in administrative tasks, including clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, account reconciliation, budgeting, and accounts payable functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the office environment.
