What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily accounts receivables and payables
- Managing payroll and external remittances (GST/PST filings)
- Overseeing HR tasks, including onboarding and certification tracking
- Reconciling bank accounts weekly and assisting with quality control
- Answering phones, handling mail, and performing general office duties
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Proficient with Sage 50 and Microsoft Access
- Familiar with quality control standards (e.g., ISO)
- Capable of managing multiple tasks independently
- Experience in a service, mechanical, or repair shop environment preferred
