Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full cycle bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office processes, and providing support to our team. This role requires proficiency in SAGE accounting software and a strong understanding of financial management.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely processing for all employees.
- Utilize accounting software, SAGE, for financial tracking.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on company goals.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (full cycle bookkeeper).
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAGE) is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
