Routes Car Rental is seeking an ideal candidate for a payroll and administration role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and managing Timesheets and related records for all employees in physical and electronic form for Canadian, US & International employees
- Ensuring the hours reported in the Timesheets are within the scope of the company policies
- Research and resolve issues for missing information when processing files
- Preparing letters and other documents for employees during their employment such as credit check applications and upon termination such as ROE, reference check
-Assist in the transition of payroll providers from current manual processes/ software to ADP
-Accurately running and uploading payroll using software such as Payworks - Canada & Paychex- US & International on a semi monthly and bi-weekly basis
-Coordinating Garnishment notices in Canada and US
-Year end mailing of T4 (Canada), W2 (US)
-Other Admin duties

Pay: $25.00 per hour
