Our client, a growing Mississauga hi tech company is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator with minimum one years' experience and Quick Books Enterprise. The job is all in the office and the client wants a candidate who does not have a long commute time. Reporting to the Controller responsibilities will be:
- enter and balance accounts payable
- maintain and update general ledger for sales and vendor invoices
- accounts receivable and collection
- match invoices to purchase orders
- obtain approval for vendor payments
- reconcile payable reports
- scan file and log accounting document and other accounting duties
- assisting with other accounting projects
