Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Mississauga, ON-based company to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk! This will be a 1-month contract with the potential for an extension.
Benefits & Perks:
- Compensation - up to $23/hour.
- Please note, this will be a hybrid role (2 to 3 times a week) at the Client's Mississauga Location.
- Immediate Start.
Responsibilities:
- 50% filing and sorting invoices, store reports and boxing, and some photocopying.
- 25% reconciling vendor statements, looking up invoices, and payments, and communicating with vendors.
- 25% processing invoice.
Qualifications:
- Experience processing invoices.
- Experience reconciling a vendor statement.
- Good communication both verbal and written.
- Can prepare reconciliations in Excel and use v-lookup.
- Must be proficient in MS Office including EXCEL (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and Formulas).
