You'll play a key role in supporting our passionate Steering Committee and volunteers as they deliver transformative professional development for women in the region.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Board Meeting Support: Record and distribute minutes from monthly board meetings to members.
· Executive Support: Assist the Chair and Executive Director (where applicable), providing ongoing administrative support throughout the year.
· Financial Management: Help manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and bank reconciliation in collaboration with the Treasurer and Chair.
· Meeting Preparation: Create agendas and meeting packages as requested in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair.
· Board/Social Event Coordination: Organize and administer activities related to the Board of Directors and subcommittees with the Chair’s approval.
· Inquiry Management: Manage inquiries through email and social media channels.
· Sponsorship Administration: Provide administrative support by formatting and distributing sponsorship packages, generating invoices, and coordinating deliverables with the Sponsorship Chair. Including sponsorship appreciation packages after each conference.
· Speaker Contracts and Logistics: Assist the Content Committee in drafting speaker contracts (including AV requirements, book recommendations, and video footage agreements) and manage speaker logistics (flights, accommodations) with the Content Committee Chair.
· Printing Liaison: Coordinate with the printing sponsor on deliverables.
· Event Registration: Assist the registration committee with managing online registration, preparing registration lists, and creating name badges.
· Document Management: Maintain online document storage for the organization.
· On-Site Event Support: Provide on-site support during events as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week

- Clerical experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
