Role Description

The Assistant Bookkeeper will report to the Office Manager and have the following duties assigned by the Office Manager:

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing through Open Invoice
Assisting with Field Tickets

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic accounting principles
2 -3 years bookkeeping experience
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Proficient in MS Excel/MS Word/MS Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
