Job Description: Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Bookkeeper/Admin.
Responsibilities
Inputting A/P and A/R Data
Bank reconciliation and assisting in internal audit
Creating computerized record database
Providing clients with information about their accounts
Scanning, shredding, faxing and filing accounting documents
Creating monthly invoices and mailing them out
A/R collections
Payroll processing
Skills & Qualifications
*** QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE A MUST ***
Qualifications: Quickbooks, Accounting/Bookkeeping Certificate, Diploma or Degree
Hours per Week & Wage: Salaried or hourly based on experience
