Purpose of the Position :
Our team is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk! This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of vendor payments, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. By ensuring that invoices are processed promptly and discrepancies are resolved, this role supports daily operations and strengthens relationships with suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for entering invoices
- Investigate discrepancies
- Resolve issues with vendors
- Prepare and reconcile payments
- Perform other tasks and assignments as required
Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting or Certificate in Accounting or relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in Yardi is (an asset)
