We are a dynamic marketing agency specializing in scaling online coaching and consulting businesses through equity partnerships. Our clients are well-known personal brands in the coaching and consulting space, and we are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO with day-to-day tasks and assist in managing key marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and task prioritization.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing projects and initiatives.
- Manage communications and follow-up with clients, partners, and team members.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency in operations.
- Support CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
- Collaborate on projects involving big personal brands and high-visibility campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Wistia, Zapier, and Klaviyo
- Proficiency in project management tools and office software (Google Suite, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
- Interest in marketing and project management is a plus.
