The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator to greet clients and perform administrative support functions in a professional and welcoming manner. You will have direct contact with clients, so you must have a professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
· Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
· Support the core values of the Company
· Answer incoming telephone calls
· Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars, and prepare respective personnel for appointments
· Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, e-mail, and courier deliveries
· Receive payments, and prepare statements of account
· Maintain an up to date and accurate client database
· Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, typing, and photocopying
· Maintain the appearance of the reception areas and staff room
· Maintain the photocopier equipment including refilling paper, refilling toner, and scheduling repairs and maintenance
· Collating various corporate and personal tax documents for signing by clients
· Maintain and organize filing drawers for both corporate and personal clients
- Complete various other administrative tasks while following specific procedures

Candidate Requirements:
· Education: Some post-secondary preferred
· Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a similar role preferred
· High standard of integrity, professional demeanor, and telephone mannerism
· Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
· Ability to prioritize tasks in a sometimes fast paced environment
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to maintain a highly organized environment
· Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
· Proficient in the use of technology including cloud based software and Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
· A typing speed of at least 40 wpm
· Proficiency with multiple lined telephones, networked printers and various other office equipment
· Accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping experience are all considered assets
