Robert Half is partnering with an excellent organization that's looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their HR team. This is a full-time/term position working a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for a diverse range of employees across multiple foreign jurisdictions and pay cycles
- Take charge of all changes in payroll, including new hires, terminations, and adjustments
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports and analytics
- Ensure the integrity of all payroll related transactions and deposits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries related to payroll
- Handle payroll remittances and various administrative tasks related to payroll
- Respond promptly to a wide range of ad-hoc information requests
- Guarantee the company's compliance with both internal and external requirements
- Provide support to other HR functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or business
- 3+years of experience in a payroll analyst role or similar
- Proficiency in using Ceridian Dayforce software is required
- Must possess strong skills in processing payroll
- Experience with Canadian Payroll is needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
