Our office on the Hamilton Mountain has an immediate opening for a full-time Payroll Administrator/Receptionist. Reporting to the Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for answering multiple phone lines, transferring phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. shipping, contacting vendors, etc.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and refer them to the appropriate staff.
- Ensure all visitors and contractors follow SQF policy and procedure.
- Prepare & Process Payroll & Source Deductions,
- Preparing T4’s and T5’s
- The successful candidate will have:
- Post-secondary education, with a focus in accounting preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, PaymentEvolution Payroll Processing will be an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Prior experience in a professional accounting practice is preferred; however, suitable experience and strong academic background will be considered
