Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Setting up of new customer accounts, troubleshooting discrepancies and replying to customer inquiries
- Strong customer relation skills
- Generation of customer invoices and statement of account
- Processing of payments
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts and company credit card statements
- Collection of overdue invoices
- Processing of vendor payment runs
- Processing of contractor payments
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience with International Business Management
- Proven experience in working with the auditors.
- 5 years’ experience with finance, accounting and administration required
- Experience with costing, cash management, budgeting and controls
- Familiarity with general accounting principles – working knowledge of the accounting cycle and steps needed to enter transactions, create reports, make invoices and statements, and reconcile accounts regularly
- Proficient understanding of the steps for setting up new accounts, entering payments, handling billing issues, and following up to collect on overdue accounts
- Banking experience an advantage
- Data entry – using computer software to enter transactions, generate documents, and update customer information requires typing skills and a high level of accuracy
- High-energy professional ready to balance multiple, simultaneous priorities
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Navision
- Expertise with Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
Language of work: English
Salary: $52,000-$55,000/yr.
