Overview
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.

This position requires strong administrative and communications skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The Office Assistant will assist our Office Manager in supporting our daily office and store operations.

Duties

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and analysis, scheduling, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable.
Manage the company health & safety program.
Manage the staff training program.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Work competently with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to and from our bank branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.70-$20.70 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
