In Bell’s transformation, finance plays a critical role. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced finance professionals. You can look forward to being part of managing the performance and risk profile of Bell and helping to balance the needs of customers and team members to achieve business success. During this internship, you’ll be developing your problem-solving and leadership skills to understand and evaluate key business trends and drivers, while receiving personal and professional one-on-one coaching and mentorship sessions from members of the Finance team. This internship provides you with a wide range of experiences in the various divisions in finance, within one role throughout the duration of the summer. As an intern, you can join the Finance or Finance Analytics teams. The Internship provides you with a breadth of experience in various divisions in Finance, within one role throughout the duration of the summer.
For the Finance role, interns will be placed in one of the following groups:
- Internal Audit and Risk Advisory
- Finance Operations
- Financial Closer Controllers
Requirements
- You’re a second- or third-year student studying towards a university degree in Business or STEM; Graduating in 2026 or 2027
- A good balance of high academic achievement and extra-curricular involvement
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- You have the ability to learn new Finance systems quickly (i.e. SAP, BI, BPC tool)
- You have a highly developed analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to articulate the business story
- You are willing to challenge the status quo, experimenting to find solutions that will make a difference in the lives of Bell’s customers.
- You are goal-oriented and can focus on individual tasks while also understanding the bigger picture and how systems work together.
- You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
- You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
