We are a General Contractor located in Richmond Hill, Ontario and looking for a
part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team!
We are seeking a team player who is able to self-manage and always willing to take on new tasks. The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to support the Office Manager and Project Management team. Some of these tasks will include:
Estimating:
- Assist with tenders/RFQ’S
- Create proposal packages and fill out bid forms
- Request bid bonds/insurance certificates
Purchase Orders & Invoices:
- Generate purchase orders to trade partners
- Process invoices
Project Tasks:
- Prepare start up documents
- Assist with closeout documents
Health & Safety:
- Carry out tasks to fulfill Health and Safety requirements
- Create Health and Safety boards for job sites
- Collect Health and Safety paperwork for the ministry
- Refill first aid kits
Position Requirements
- Previous office administrative experience
- Proficiency in Mac OS software including Pages and Numbers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professionalism when dealing with clients and trade partners
- Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed (2 days per week) preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm
