Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Etobicoke
Compensation: $1,600 on the 1st and 15th of each month, plus company incentives
Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
· Property Management: Assist in sourcing products for our properties in the Bahamas and Toronto.
· Social Media: Contribute to our daily social media presence to engage our audience.
· Event Coordination: Play a pivotal role in booking and organizing events.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in Word and Excel
· A positive and goal-oriented mindset
· Ability to work towards short-term and long-term objectives
· Willingness to report to and assist the President and Vice President
· Eagerness to pursue higher-paid opportunities within our growing firm

Pay: $3,200.00 per month
