We are an electrical and plumbing supply distribution. We are currently looking for an accounts receivable specialist to join our team in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Reporting to the Controller, the AR Specialist will be responsible for the complete AR cycle including:
Posting payments to accounts
- Opening client accounts
- Ensuring accurate recording of all customer terms and conditions
- Credit verification for new clients
- Maintenance of customer files
- Reconciling customer accounts when there are discrepancies
- Collections of past due accounts
- Responding to customer’s account inquiries
Required qualifications and experience:
- Previous accounts receivable experience (5+ years)
- Professional working proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Credit savvy with a very good understanding of customer service, sales, payment negotiations etc.
- Data Entry experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of FACTS software is considered an asset

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
