Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a strong background in customer service to join our team. Knowledge of design is an asset. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, designers and contractors in our showroom.
Assist clients in understanding their needs for selecting materials for the supply and installation of various projects.
Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
Process and email customer quotations.
Maintain office supplies and order as necessary.
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Process credit card payments.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Proven experience as an office administrative assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Strong customer service background with design knowledge.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
