Bilingual Administrative Assistant – Etobicoke, ON (Permanent)
About Our Client:
The Administrative Assistant will be part of small and professional worldwide company with headquarter based in France, specialized in industrial chemical cleaning and wastewater treatment solutions. Out of the Toronto office, you will report to the Branch Manager East, overseeing all projects in East Canada (ON, QC, NB, NL, NS). After a phase of integration, you will be able to help with:
What You Will Be Doing, as an Administrative Assistant:
- Update the planning and do travel arrangements for the teams deployed to site (booking hotels, flights car rentals, etc.)
- Create and update administrative documents
- Help with account payable, account receivable and invoicing to customers
- Help with payroll, collecting weekly timesheets and processing expense reports
- Schedule, based on the platform, safety training for employees and keep records of it
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks (scan & archive documents, answer the phone)
- Purchase and storage of marketing supplies
- Other administrative assistant duties
What You Should Have, as an Administrative Assistant:
- Organized with good record keeping habits and information sharing methodologies
- Analytical skills for cost control purposes
- Proficient with the Office package and online administrative tools (picture resizing, pdf edition,)
- Team player, understanding the assistance required by employees working nationwide on sometimes short notice
- Great communicator able to interact in French and English with internal and external shareholder at all levels
