As we continue to grow, we have amazing new opportunities. Currently, we are looking for a hardworking, reliable Payroll Clerk. The Payroll Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including agency employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments, particularly Production Supervisors.
Experience with Spire and Nation Time (NTE) is a strong asset.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all full employees on a bi-weekly basis and agency employees on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with Production Supervisors to adjust daily hours and ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in job status, deductions, and benefits.
- Verify timesheets and attendance records for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute Payroll Reports and summaries to Upper Management.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll regulations.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including but not limited to T4s.

Shift Time: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year’s experience working as a Payroll Clerk is required.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
- Experience with Spire and Nation Time (NTE) is a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
