Job Responsibilities
The National Compliance & Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support, assisting with carrier partnership best practices and compliance support for our locations across Canada. The ideal candidate is highly organized, can successfully manage multiple ongoing tasks and responsibilities, be self-driven and motivated, is open to a fast-paced work environment, and thrives working on multiple projects at the same time.
The National Compliance & Support Administrator will play a supporting role to our franchise owners and their key staff with everyday assignment volume and performance so that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This position ensures that our valued clients and property owners have an outstanding experience and are ultimately satisfied throughout the entire restoration process.
Individuals in this role use their excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a favourable relationship with all clients and stakeholders. They are great at motivating others and can encourage a positive and hardworking ethic among all team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Support location owners and key staff with the successful completion of a full cycle claim assignments – from beginning to end
- Assist with overseeing and tracking the administrative processes throughout the network
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
- Support in providing detailed documentation and communication to the corporate team, carrier partners, and the network
- Provide regular reporting to identify any potential gaps in performance
- Identifying problems and offering efficient solutions
- Maintain quality of claim assignments, within both internal and external claims software
- Support compliance and performance efforts for national and regional insurance programs
- Establish and support continuous improvement processes across locations
- Provide training to existing or new team members in the area of administrative support and tasks
- Provide basic accounting support and reporting (AR/AP)
- Works closely with members of the leadership team to improve efficiencies, best-practices, and integrate administrative and operational support into the overall success
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to successfully integrate regional/national platforms and functions
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the Construction/Restoration Industry would be considered an asset
- Post-secondary education and/or a combination of relatable education and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with XactAnalysis/Xactimate, Symbility/Mobile Claims, Encircle, PSA, and QuickBooks would be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to maintain digital records
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and make strategic decisions; ability to be creative, flexible, resourceful and adaptable to new situations and assignments
- Proven ability to coach and mentor performance
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently within a team environment or independently
- Strong drive to see projects through to completion
- Interact with executive management and boards in partnership with market leadership
