We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assurance /Accountant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and assurance, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting and assurance functions, managing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals.

What we need from you:
- CPA designation, with a minimum 2 years of public accounting experience (post completion of designation)
- Knowledge of accepted accounting principles and procedures (ASPE & ASNPO)
- Proficient with CaseWare, Excel, Tax Prep, and Jazz it is an asset
What you will do:
- Team player and comfortable working with all levels of the organization
- Organized with a proven ability to set priorities and to work independently with minimal guidance
- Effectively manage and mentor junior staff
- Lead and review large audit engagements
- Lead and review any assurance and notice to reader prepared engagements as required
- Knowledge of auditing procedures (CAS) and technical accounting guidelines (ASPE)
