Company Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple Canadian entities and their subsidiaries.
- Process revenue accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
- Manage the month-end close for local and Group accounts.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for parent entities and subsidiaries.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and sub-ledgers.
- Report and reconcile inter-company accounts.
- Prepare working files for GST/HST, internal/external audits, and Statistics Canada, as well as other statutory reporting requirements.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting systems, including QuickBooks and SAP.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Participate in finance and accounting projects as assigned.
- Provide backup support for other finance and administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- University degree and a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in Canada.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems accounting modules, and SAP.
Location & Work Schedule:
This role requires in-person attendance four days a week downtown Toronto office, located in a highly transit-accessible area.
