We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Data Entry Clerk. This is a part-time position working in our corporate office in Toronto, ON.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
· Verify the accuracy of invoices and other financial documents.
· Organize and maintain financial records.
· Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed.
· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
· Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance role.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Quick Books experience preferred.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
Schedule:
· This is a part-time position.
· The hours are 25-30 per week.
· Monday to Friday
