Building multi-residential condominium sites for more than a decade, we are looking for advanced calibre bookkeeping talent to support our continued growth. Experience in Real Estate or Home construction is not essential but a definite asset.

As a small-but-growing company, there is opportunity and need for you to take responsibility for a variety of tasks, including some standard administrative responsibilities.
You:
- have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping / accounting with strong understanding of GAAP and appropriate education / certifications
- have strong computer competency
- MUST be proficient in MS Office suite, with focus on EXCEL
- have excellent organizational and communication skills
- are able to work with minimum supervision
- are able to prioritize but remain flexible as necessary
What the job includes:
BOOKKEEPING
- Process payables including entry to QBO accounting package
- Budget development and tracking
- Cash flow and cash monitoring
- Accounting reports and forecasting
- Credit card and expenses reconciliation
- Funding-request preparation
PAYROLL AND HR MAINTENANCE
- Benefits administration
- Attendance, vacation and benefits tracking
- Training records maintenance
- Management and upkeep of Employee records
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Insurance policy management
- Back-office Sales support
- Production support
- Contractor WSIB & Insurance
- Safety inspection records
