We are seeking an Administration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong financial background.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, accounting, managing finances, payroll
- Utilize Google Suite to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Provide administrative support to staff, assist with social media posts and website
- Assist Executive Director with Board reports, budget and audit preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with professionalism
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments
Experience: 4 to 5 years in financial management
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in administrative and financial management, quickbooks and databases
- Strong communication and computer skills, organization and time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with great attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with a not-for-profit
- Donor management
