Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational prowess, possess advanced verbal and written communication skills, and adeptly navigate diverse responsibilities across operations, finance and accounting departments.
Only candidates local to the GVRD will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct word processing and data entry tasks proficiently. Maintain databases and prepare various documents including reports, letters, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in digital and print marketing activities as directed.
- Address inquiries from tenants, brokers, lawyers, and internal staff promptly and professionally.
- Create letters and presentation materials from drafts or management guidance using word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and database software.
- Direct issues requiring further attention to appropriate staff members and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate meetings, compile and distribute notices and agendas accurately and in a timely manner.
- Transcribe and distribute comprehensive meeting notes and minutes efficiently.
- Organize and maintain records, establish and manage filing systems, and conduct file searches as necessary.
- Compile relevant statistics, ensure data and information accuracy through effective communication with managers and colleagues.
- Assist in bookkeeping as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
