Responsibilities

Assist our service centers in the process of receiving and authorizing invoices (Goods and Services);

Ensure the accuracy of receipts awaiting processing (CARS);
-
Responsible for the proper processing of invoices while respecting the internal invoicing procedure in the SenSaas payable system;

Manage anomalies;
-
Reconcile account statements;
-
Ensure the application of internal controls and participate in various internal audits
-
Ensure correct accounting allocation Provide administrative support to internal suppliers and customers;

Follow up on various files;
-
Participate in various department projects.
Requirements
-
DEC in accounting or equivalent;
-
Result-oriented;
-
Have great customer service and customer satisfaction;

Ability to establish priorities;
-
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
-
Demonstrate professional ethics; Initiative, rigor and autonomy;

Ease of working on different computer systems;
-
French and English bilingualism (spoken and written);

Knowledge of software:
-
MS Office suite, AS400 and SenSaas an asset;
-
Knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft or Oracle would be an asset;

Having experienced an ERP system implementation an asset
-
Availability and flexibility in work schedule.
