Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AP invoice entry/data entry (coding POs, Reviewing and Entering)
- Expense report processing (Coding PO’s, Reviewing Receipts, taxes, GL Accounts and Entering)
- Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations (Reviewing Receipts, Invoice entry and Payment allocations)
- Manage AP Inbox
- Respond to Internal and external queries and statements
- Reconcile accounts, ensure orders are received and invoiced accurately, and resolve account discrepancies with vendors on a timely basis
- Analyze and reconcile vendor statements and manage vendor Aging
- Reconcile AP ledger and help clean up old outstanding Invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Post secondary education (Accounting)- College or university
- Some experience in a high-volume manual environment
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices, standard concepts, policies, and procedures would be an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment and able to work independently

- Hour – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm & overtime as necessary
