Job Summary:
We are a local company in the field of construction for over 20 years and is looking for a new office member to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with honesty and passion for work and is interested in the field of construction, we would love to hear from you!
This is a full time position that requires to commute to the office at least 4 days a week.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls, replying emails relating to accounting services
- Produce monthly progress payments to multiple ongoing projects within the give deadline
- Manage aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable and accounts payable records
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Collaborate with external accountants to complete tasks
- Provide support to management in financial aspects
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a office admin, bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Microsoft package, QuickBooks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
