Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper at DSG Mouldings Ltd in Richmond, BC. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, using accounting software, and creating journal entries. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software
- Knowledge of finance principles and accounting practices
- Ability to create journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in finance or accounting
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Knowledge of Canadian accounting regulations and tax laws
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
