Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct account reconciliations and analyses.
- Manage budgeting processes and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Provide financial analysis to support business operations and strategic planning.
- Supervise a team of accounting professionals.
Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or experience
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software; strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
