Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Accountant. The Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including finance management, account reconciliation, and invoice processing. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Finance and Accounting skills
- Experience in account reconciliation and invoice processing
- Understanding of invoicing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Preferable Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Trux.
