The Royal De Versailles Jewellers’ Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing our clientele with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a representative of the company by promoting the philosophy and values of all brands. Passion for the brand is conveyed through creating a luxury client experience.
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Identify and assess client's needs
- Build loyal and trusting client relationships through open communication
- Solve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions, alternatives and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls and keep records of customer interactions, accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Assist with repairs and orders for items being sold and distributed within the store
- Greet customers warmly and solve problems with professionalism
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
- Work individually and as a team to achieve the store's success
- Detail oriented
- Build long-term relationships with our clients and associates
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Care/Service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Speaks Mandarin (optional)
