As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our diverse and talented workforce is supported with accurate and timely payroll processing while enjoying a collaborative and innovative workplace.

What You will Do:
As part of our Corporate Division, you’ll report to the Payroll Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll processes, employment record management, and other payroll-related functions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle payroll for multiple divisions and provinces, process weekly payrolls, and ensure timely timesheet submissions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, set up new hires, and process changes in employee status, titles, and pay.
- Month-End and Year-End Duties: Assist with T-4 summaries, ROEs, and other payroll reports.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a post-secondary program in a related field or equivalent experience.
- PCP - Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification in good standing.
Experience:
- 4+ years of payroll processing experience.
- 2+ years in construction or project-based industries (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
