The Opportunity:
eCapital is currently seeking 3-month contract, full-time Cash Application Entry Specialists to join our team in our Orillia, Ontario office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.
As a Cash Application Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to post payment information in a training environment to lay the foundation for a machine learning process.
This is a 3-month contract role, with potential for renewal or permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate remittance/payment information and accurately input this data to outstanding invoices.
- Providing quality over quantity data entry, as the porting data captured will facilitate our machine learning process.
Skills and Experience:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Pride in quality of work
- Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Post Secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, and related fields are considered a strong asset.
